General Information

→  Yadoya Hotel is a 3-star property.

→  The hotel has 7 floors and rooms are from floor -1 to 7 floor.

→  The hotel was last refurbished in 2018.

→  The hotel’s VAT number is BE 0563 740 343.

→  The hotel is a non-smoking property. In case of violation of smoking regulations, a cleaning fee of €100 will be charged. Guests are kindly asked to only smoke outside, in front of the property or in the terrace situated on floor -1, where ashtrays are provided.

FROM Brussels Airport (BRU):

BY TRAIN:
Take a train from the airport to Gare de Bruxelles-Nord/Station Brussel-Noord (Brussels North Train Station). The hotel is located approximately 1.1 km away and a 16-minute walk from the train station.

BY BUS:
Take the bus Line 12 and ride 8 stops to Trônee stop as it offers a connection with the subway (Line 2 or 6). Then take the subway Line 2 (direction Elisabeth) or Line 6 (direction Elisabeth) to Yser/Ijzer stop. The hotel is located approximately 120 meters away and a 2- minute walk from the subway stop.

→  Unfortunately, there is no private parking at the hotel. But we have a partnership with a parking garage nearby (Rue du Magasin 10, 1000 Brussels) which is located approximately 90 meters away and a 1-minute walk from the hotel. Another parking garage that we recommend, Parking Indigo Bruxelles Manhattan (Rue des Croisades 19, 1210 Saint-Josse-ten-Noode), is located approximately 600 meters away and a 9-minute walk from the hotel.

→  Yes, reservations are recommended as there is limited availability at the parking garage. Reservation is possible by sending your request to info@yadoyahotel.be or call the reception desk at +32 (0)2 2093110. For the other parking option listed above, reservation is not required but is recommended.

→  Most public parking garages provide electric charging stations. However, the nearest electric charging station, TotalEnergies (Avenue de l’Heliport 7, 1000 Brussels), is located approximately 300 meters away and a 4-minute walk from the hotel.

→  Villo! is a bike rental service with 350 locations throughout the Brussels region.

The nearest rental point, 022–JACQMAIN, 1000 Brussels, is located approximately 450 meters away and a 6-minute walk from the hotel.

→  The nearest train station, Gare de Bruxelles-Nord/Station Brussel-Noord (Brussels North Train Station), is located approximately 1.1 km away and a 15-minute walk from the hotel. This train station is also reachable via public transport. 

→  The nearest metro/subway station, Yser/Ijzer, is located approximately 50 meters away and a 1-minute walk from the hotel.

Reservation

→  A twin room has two single beds, whereas a double can have either a queen-sized bed or a king-sized bed.

→  A credit card is required to book a room with us through online reservation. However, cash payments are accepted upon your arrival, if you wish to settle the amount with this method. For walk-in guests, cash payments are also accepted if a deposit is guaranteed.

→  Please check the details of your reservation, the hotel offers differ from one travel agency/website to another. If you book directly on our website, we offer room only as well as breakfast included, and you can make your choice.

→  Breakfast price is €16 at the hotel.

→  International Continental Breakfast Buffet is served at the hotel. Gluten-free alternatives are available upon request. Please let us know your dietary restrictions in advance so we can best accommodate you throughout your stay.

→  Breakfast is served at the hotel from 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM during weekdays, and from 07:30 AM to 10:30 AM on the weekends.

→  Yes, we have 2 rooms(1 on ground floor and the other one on 6th floor) that are equipped with facilities for guests with disabilities. The room is featured with a large shower cabin, a toilet support rail, and support shower with chair.

→  Yes, our hotel has 13 rooms (all categories combined) in total that are suitable for families up to 3 or 4 people and 1 baby.

→  Both, most of the rooms have a shower, only a limited number of them has a bathtub. There are 28 rooms with bathtub in total (all room categories combined). If you want to book a room with bathtub, please leave your request with us and we will try our best to accommodate you depending on our availability.

→  Depending on your booking choice, the cancellation policy can differ. Please check your reservation confirmation under Cancellation Policy for more detailed information.

Refundable:

  • Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
  • In case of late cancellation and no-show, the first night will be charged.

Non-refundable:

  • This reservation cannot be cancelled or amended.
  • The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel anytime.

→  Business rates are only available to exclusive Corporate Contract guests. For a detailed offer, please send your request to info@yadoyahotel.be.

→  Unfortunately, we do not have connecting rooms.

→  Yes, Wi-Fi is accessible in common areas and all rooms.

→  Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the hotel.

→  Yes, baby cots are only available upon request at least 24 hours before your arrival, and they are completely free of charge.

→  Yes, extra beds are available at the hotel upon request depending on availability, and it would cost €10 per extra bed per day.

→  Yes, a small work desk with chair and Wi-Fi connection are available in all rooms.

→  All bathrooms in the hotel are fitted with wall-mounted hairdryers.

Check-in and Check-out

→  Check-in at the hotel is possible from 03:00 PM.

→  Upon check-in at the hotel, guests must show a valid ID/passport and credit card.

→  For a room on a high floor, we kindly ask you to contact us directly at info@yadoyahotel.be,and we will do our best to deliver your request depending on our availability.

→  For an early check-in, we kindly ask you to contact us directly at info@yadoyahotel.be, and we will do our best to satisfy your needs depending on our availability.

→  A deposit is not necessary upon check-in at the hotel.

→  Check-out at the hotel is possible is until 12:00 PM.

→  Late check-out is exclusively subject to availability and approval by Reception. Once approved, guests can enjoy the room until 01:00 PM free of charge. If late check-out after 01:00 PM is required, please contact Reception to know the possibility of extending your late check-out as well as its policy and additional fee.

→  Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express.

→  The city tax is €4.24 per room per night.

→  Yes, Reception is available 24 hours.

→  English, French and Dutch.

→  Yes, we can look after your luggage whether it’s before your check-in or after your check-out time. We will store your luggage free of charge and provide you with luggage tags for you to come pick them up at your convenience.

→  Unfortunately, we do not have a restaurant on site.

→  Unfortunately, we do not have a bar at the hotel. However, at our Reception, we provide different types of refreshments that you can purchase.

→  Unfortunately, we do not have a spa. However, the nearest spa, L’évasion (Boulevard d’Anvers 21, 1000 Brussels), is located approximately 280 meters away and a 4-minute walk from the hotel.
