Q - Guest safety measures and protocols

Restaurants, bars and cafes are open to the public, the new safety measures requires establishments to adhere to a social distancing minimum of 1.5m between guests and the maximum group capacity accepted is up to 10 persons. Many establishments advise to reserve beforehand to secure your spot.
Absolutely, the public transportation network of the city is planned well and offers a variety of transportation methods that caters to all. For those willing to go on an adventure the Lime electric scooter and Villio bike rental are excellent means of transportation that will take adventurers around the city. Yes! Travelling to Brussels is more than welcomed.
Crossing the borders to Belgium has been approved from the 15 th of June onwards, until further notice, travel is accepted. Advised is to always confirm with your local authorities on the policies and travel restrictions put in place for your travelling destination and country of origin.
Q – Cancellation and rebooking
These uncertain times have disrupted worldly travel plans and hotel stays, in order to ease the worries of many, we have implemented and updated our cancellation policy to provide the necessary flexibility. By having booked a flexible rate, you as a guest are eligible to cancel your stay 24 hours prior to arrival free of charge.
Our standard cancellation policy applies outside of the above mentioned booked rates.

Public areas are monitored and cleaned throughout the day at the Yadoya Hotel, all in line with the advice and guidelines of the local authorities and World Health Organization (including approved hygienic cleaners and disinfectants). Payment terminals, elevator buttons and doorknobs are all examples of high contact surfaces that we clean vigorously to be hygiene safe for the following guests to be used. Not to forget, the reception receives complete disinfecting following a check-in or check-out of a guest.

All of our beloved staff wear face masks and gloves to keep contact to a minimum between us and yourselves, furthermore all of our staff have received updated trainings and implemented guidelines on safe hygiene practices. A plexiglass screen is placed at the reception for secured safety at check- ins and check-outs.

For our breakfast area the minimal distance of 1.5m is enforced by strategically placing our tables and chairs to ensure that a maximum of 4 guests per 10m2 is being followed. The use of the elevator is limited to one person at a time or a party staying in the same room, this is always being enforced and reminded.
